John Duffy, Co-Owner

John is from Bowling Green, Kentucky. Following a short career in coaching, John joined Cintas as a management trainee. John spent more than 20 years with Cintas where he spearheaded the creation of their Jacksonville location. In just 15 years, Cintas Jacksonville became one of the largest processing facilities in the United States. John then embarked upon ownership at City Wide knowing there was a need for a solution-based, proactive, and most importantly, effective janitorial management service. Each of our owners continues to provide this by maintaining a world-class staff and setting a standard of excellence. John resides in St. Petersburg with his wife of nearly 30 years and their three children, Jonathan, Cameron, and Ashley.

meet team Steve Howerton

Steve Howerton, Co-Owner

After retiring from an honorable career with the United States Army in 2001, Steve joined Cintas. During his tenure there, he served in various sales and management roles, earning seven consecutive President’s Club Awards. Steve has an eye for excellence and is driven by attention to detail. He recognized the incredible opportunity to own City Wide Facility Solutions of Tampa Bay and was determined to apply his industry knowledge where it was needed most. Steve lives in Tampa with his beautiful wife, Cindy, and their four children, Nico, Katherina, Denise, and Daniela.

meet team Jeremy Chucko

Jeremy Chucko, President

Born in Pittsburgh, Jeremy graduated from The Ohio State University and started his career as a United States Naval Officer. After six years of active duty Jeremy joined Cintas, where he held various prominent positions, including Plant Manager, Production Director, General Manager, and Assistant Group Vice President. At the end of his 18 years at Cintas, Jeremy chose to join John Duffy and Steve Howerton in building a world-class facility maintenance company. His guidance is vital to the success of our day-to-day operations and his professionalism is second to none. Jeremy has been married to his wife, Kari, since 1996. They reside in Tampa.

meet team Amanda Stiles

Amanda Stiles, Director of Administration

Amanda was born and raised in New York City. She has 10+ years of experience in administrative work and over 10 years of experience in customer service. After graduating from New York City College of Technology with a Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree, she began her career at Recreational Equipment Inc., (REI) while simultaneously running a small business. As the Administrative Specialist, REI awarded her the company’s annual Anderson Award in 2013. A year later, she was promoted to Facility Manager. In 2015, Amanda relocated to Florida and joined our team.

meet team Nate Cindric

Nate Cindric, Vice President of Sales

Nathan is a native of St. Petersburg. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in communications. His professional experience includes 12 peak performing years in B2B sales and sales leadership. In 2005, Nathan joined Cintas and succeeded in numerous sales positions, such as a Sales Representative, Market Sales Manager, and Director of Sales. His accomplishments include nine consecutive Diamond Level/President’s Club Awards. In June 2017, Nathan chose to leave the industrial laundry business and joined City Wide Facility Solutions. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys offshore fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and daughter, Giuliana.

Steve Parisi, Vice President of Operations

Born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised in Tampa, Florida, Steve graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Criminology. His Operations experience includes 15+ years of leading dynamic peak performing teams. He began his career in the restaurant industry, holding positions including General Manager, Area Manager and Director of Operations before changing gears into a successful career with Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits where he helps multiple management positions. In his spare time, Steve loves spending time with his wife and 2 daughters and loves to be outside, especially on the golf course.

meet team Yunie Castillo

Yunie Castillo, Contractor Sourcing & Compliance Manager

Yunie was born in Havana, Cuba and immigrated to the United States where she proudly became a US Citizen. She has been in the Sales & Marketing industry for over 10+ years working previously for Hyatt Hotels, and Tampa Bay Times & tbt* & Centro Newspapers. She is passionate about helping people grow their businesses and has been an advocate for the Hispanic Community. She served on the board of Hispanic Professional Women’s Association as Secretary of the Board and became a mentor to a young woman who she helped empower to further her education which subsequently won her a 2018 scholarship due to Yunie’s mentoring efforts. In her spare time, Yunie enjoys traveling and creating memories with her husband and son.

Sarah Sferrazza, Director of Operations

Sarah is a native of St. Petersburg. She worked at Cintas for 14 years, where she served in numerous positions such as Customer Service Manager, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Facility Service Sales Representative, and most recently, Advanced Fire Services Manager. Her accomplishments include Winner’s Circle and President’s Club Awards. In her free time, she enjoys being involved with her son Corbin’s baseball team, bowling, cooking, gardening, and reading. She is also a huge Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan.

Sara Collard, Senior Sales Executive South Hillsborough

Sara has over five years professional experience in leadership and sales in the B2B service industry. In 2005, she earned her Masters of Business Administration from Missouri State University, with an emphasis in management.

After graduation, Sara began her career with a fortune 500 company in the service industry. There, she completed a two-year management training program and subsequently managed a team of fourteen service representatives and 200+ clients. Prior to joining City Wide Facility Solutions, Sara took a five-year break from her career to focus on raising two beautiful children while also running a small business from home.

Sara is passionate about helping people. She enjoys being a part of a growing business, which directly results in job creation and improves the quality of work-life for her clients and their employees.

meet team Katie Derr

Katie Derr, Senior Sales Executive Pinellas County

Katie was born and raised in northeastern Ohio. In 2015, she graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor in Journalism and Marketing. After graduation, Katie decided to move to her long-time vacation spot home, St. Petersburg. After working in the medical field for a short time, Katie embraced an exciting opportunity with City Wide Facility Solutions. She started as a Business Development Specialist, where she was dedicated to building customer relationships, generating new business leads, and supporting our sales organization. She was quickly promoted to a Sales Executive role as she became an integral part of City Wide’s mission. Outside of work, Katie enjoys playing golf and trying new restaurants in the area.

Brittney Schmidt, Senior Sales Executive North Pinellas/Pasco

Brittney is originally from Wisconsin, where she attended college at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Following in her parent’s footsteps, she cultivated a passion for sales. Soon after graduation, Brittney accepted a position in the medical field and relocated to Florida. City Wide Facility Solutions soon recognized her exemplary communication skills, attention to detail, and can-do attitude, subsequently recruiting her through networking. Brittney has now been in Florida for two years. She enjoys the beaches, boating, and taking her three-legged dog, Tiga, and Clyde, on adventures.

meet team Alexandria Forsythe

Alexandria Forsythe, Sales Associate

Alexandria was born and raised in Southwestern Michigan and attended Aquinas College located in Grand Rapids, MI. She was a two-sport collegiate athlete and many of the skills she learned in her stint as an athlete directly translated into her professional life post-graduation. In 2018, Alexandria began her sales career working in the athletic department at the University of Notre Dame where she started as an Inside Sales Representative selling for the Football and Men’s Basketball programs. Through networking with the fanbase, building sound relationships, and closing high dollar deals, she was promoted to an Account Executive in 2019. With her promotion, she was tasked in closing corporate suite outings and generating philanthropic gifts for scholarship funds within the University. She is eager to take her skills to the next level in the building maintenance industry and is committed to City Wide’s overall mission and goals. Alexandria relocated to St. Petersburg with her boyfriend Daniel, and in her spare time, enjoys recreational sports and spending as much time with family as possible.

Kara Stewart, Sales Executive

Kara has over 8 years of professional experience in leadership and sales in the B2B service industry. Kara began her career in the fitness industry while her two children were smaller and then moved into the construction industry about 5 years ago. There, she maintained and grew large territories in the Tampa Bay area and maintained close relationships with her customer base. Kara has recently joined City Wide as a Sales Executive in the Sarasota area and is really excited about the future with this growing company. Kara enjoys the Florida lifestyle where she was born and raised, spending as much time as possible outside, on or in the water and enjoying all of our great foodie spots with her family and friends!

meet team Matthew Madden

Matthew Madden, Sales Executive

Matthew was born and raised in southeastern Minnesota. He attended college at the University of Minnesota Duluth where he studied finance and captained the Men’s Lacrosse team. Shortly after graduation in 2012, Matt moved to Tampa to enjoy some warmer weather and to start golfing on a regular basis. He spent two years caddying at a local golf club and eventually was recruited to work in the financial services industry. With over 5 years of sales experience under his belt, Matt jumped on the opportunity to work for City Wide as a Sales Associate and was quickly promoted into the Sales Executive position. Outside of work, you can find Matt on the golf course or spending time outdoors with his beautiful fiancée.

Yaneiri Tavarez, Business Development Specialist

In 2018, Yaneiri graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Organizational Leadership degree. Her professional background began in data entry. She then transitioned into customer service for an industry leader in mortgage lending. Yaneiri is essential to the development of quality appointments at City Wide Facility Solutions. Her mission is to ask the right questions and to accurately assess the desires of potential clients. She is bi-lingual and her family is from the Dominican Republic.

meet team Charon Wood

Charon Wood, Facility Solutions Manager

Charon was born and raised in New Hampshire. At 17 years old, she joined the Army Reserve, and even graduated basic training at the top of her class. Charon served for eight years and received the Army Achievement Award for excellence. She relocated to Florida and in 2005, began her career in the service industry by accepting a position at Cintas. Charon decided it was time for a change and became a limo driver for Ambassador Limousine, where she chauffeured high-profile clients, celebrities, and dignitaries. She was the “most requested” and was featured in an article in Limo Digest. Charon started with City Wide in 2018. Her free time is spent on anything that involves water and her dog, Anchor.

Megan Korsmeyer, Facility Solutions Manager

Megan is originally from Kansas City, where she attended college at Missouri State University. Megan comes to us after proliferating a successful four-year career in sales and marketing management at Wonderful Pistachios. She maintains a strong relationship with each of her clients and they know she will always go the extra mile to provide them solutions. Megan joined her family in Tampa in 2016. She has a six-year-old son named Clayton, and she enjoys all that Florida has to offer by spending most of her weekends on the water.

Khachi Alboyadjian, Facility Solutions Manager

Khachi is a first-generation Armenian American and Florida native from Ft. Lauderdale. His professional career began doing PMI inspections for a biochemical equipment repair company. Later on, he stepped into a sports nutrition organization, where he was a National Sales Representative. After moving to Tampa, Khachi brought his contagious energy to the Red Bull Distribution company where he was an Account Sales Manager. He quickly earned a promotion to District Sales Manager, where he spent the next four years strategically growing his district as one of the top in the state. Now at City Wide, Khachi is excited to bring his passion to help others. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and raising his son, Noah, with his fiancée Jamie.

meet team Steve Bonenberger

Steve Bonenberger, Facility Solutions Manager

Steve was born in West Virginia and grew up in the Pittsburgh Area as the 4th of 6 children. He’s a graduate of West Virginia University’s College of Business & Economics with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.  Steve has extensive experience in sales and customer relationship development through a 15+ year career. In addition to business development roles in finance and facilities, he founded a Pittsburgh-Based sports organization in 2011 focused on equal opportunity, player-development, and coaching strategy.  He relocated to St. Petersburg, FL in 2019, with his wife Julie. He’s been a part of the City Wide Team ever since, and been named an Achiever’s Club Member in every eligible quarter thus far. Steve is a sports fan and athlete who enjoys playing golf and basketball.  His weekends are spent at the beach and NOT shoveling snow.  Fun fact:  He’s a 3-time mini-golf champion in the Western Pennsylvania Area.

meet team Grady Bass

Grady Bass, Facility Solutions Manager

Grady was born and raised in southeastern Indiana.  He graduated from Indiana University and has been working in management & customer service positions ever since.  Grady comes to us after a successful career in the brewery industry.  He spent the past ten years managing two separate breweries, one in Indianapolis and another here in Tampa Bay.  He prides himself in going above and beyond for his customers and having a “do whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done.  Grady moved to Florida in 2018 with his wife Tosha and two young children, Haven & Hap.  In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family near the water, fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and following his favorite sports teams.
