He brings a diverse background to City Wide, including experience in janitorial sales and more than a decade leading nonprofit building projects and operations. His blend of operational knowledge and service-driven leadership supports his focus on delivering consistent results and exceeding customer expectations.

Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their three teenage sons. He is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University, earning a degree in Biblical Studies with a focus on Management and Ethics—an education that continues to influence his leadership style and professional approach.
