Doug Shell is committed to building strong relationships through exceptional service.  He brings a diverse work background to City Wide which includes previous experience in janitorial sales and a decade dedicated to nonprofit building projects and operations.  Doug is most excited about the collaborative team atmosphere at City Wide, where exceeding customer expectations is not just a goal but a shared passion.He enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa, and their three wonderful teenage boys. Doug is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University, holding a degree in Biblical Studies with a focus on Management and Ethics. This unique blend of education and experience has shaped his approach to both personal and professional aspects of life.
