Cort O’Neil

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Cort moved to West Chester, Ohio at the age of eight and now calls Fairfield Township home. With a diverse professional background, he previously owned and operated his own company for a decade before selling it, then transitioned into big-box retail and cell phone sales prior to joining City Wide.

Coaching and leadership are core strengths, with a natural ability to bring structure and clarity to complex situations. What stands out most about working at City Wide is the “Treat Like Family” culture.

Outside of work, Cort enjoys intentional time with family, traveling, camping, target shooting, and cooking—especially a Dutch oven gumbo over an open fire. Family is central, including his wife, daughter, and their 14-year-old goldendoodle, Copper.

Educationally, Cort attended Moeller High School, University of Dayton, and Miami University, rounding out a well-balanced foundation of leadership, experience, and heart.
