Rick Cobden

Rick Cobden opened the doors to City Wide Maintenance of South Carolina in 2009. For nearly 15 years, Rick worked in commercial sales while quietly developing a passion for the commercial real estate and development industry. In 1999 he decided to follow his heart and started his own property management firm. Nearly 10 years later he closed the door on his first venture and opened a window to the second by joining the City Wide family. Today, Rick is excited about all of the challenges his clients throw his way and providing quality service with outstanding accountability to follow through on every promise.
