William Bembry

In August 2026, Bill Bembry joined City Wide as Director of Operations, bringing more than 30 years of multi-site management and operational leadership experience, including 20 years in the healthcare industry. Throughout his career, Bill has developed extensive expertise in operational excellence, team leadership, process improvement, and strategic execution. His deep healthcare experience provides a strong foundation for the diverse operational initiatives and projects he is leading at City Wide.

Over the course of his career, Bill has lived and worked in several states, gaining a broad perspective on leadership, business operations, and organizational growth. He recently returned to North Central Florida, where he grew up on his family’s farm, bringing him closer to his roots and family.

Outside of his professional career, Bill enjoys remodeling homes, landscaping, bass fishing, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family.
