In June 2016, Ray Flores embarked on his journey with City Wide as a Facility Service Manager (FSM). In 2024, he achieved a significant milestone in his career by being promoted to the inaugural Learning and Development Specialist role in Jacksonville within City Wide. Shortly after, he became a Director of Operations (DOO) for our Emerging Markets Division, leading a team of his own. In addition to his professional pursuits, he dedicated his time to volunteering as a football coach at a local high school, nurturing his passion for sports, and the camaraderie and competition it presents. These advancements exemplify his commitment to personal growth, leadership, and excellence in the workplace.
