Patrick Dougherty

Patrick brings nearly 15 years of experience in both operations and the sales industry. His passion for continuous learning and his commitment to staying coachable have opened doors to significant opportunities throughout his career. Patrick joined the City Wide family in 2021 as a Facility Solutions Manager, where his outstanding performance in both client retention and sales earned him high national rankings. This success led to his promotion to Sales Director, where he continued to drive excellence.

Now, as General Manager, Patrick is committed to delivering the highest level of service and support to our clients. His leadership will be invaluable as he works to help us continue to meet and exceed expectations. Patrick is an active member of both BOMA and the Florida Venue Managers Association.
