Katie Norton joined City Wide Jacksonville in 2022 as a Facility Solutions Manager and now serves as Director of Operations. As an FSM she managed diamond‑level clientele, maintained an excellent retention rate, and demonstrated exceptional sales ability by surpassing the million‑dollar milestone. Katie brings 10 years of experience across operations, community management, project management, and property management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing.
A Florida native, Katie is married with three daughters and spends her free time outdoors — at the beach, camping, hiking, and visiting the springs with her family.
