Joshua Beaupre serves as Director of Accounting for City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville, bringing nearly 20 years of experience building and developing accounting and finance functions across a diverse range of businesses and industries. His experience spans organizations of varying size and complexity, from small businesses to multi-billion-dollar organizations. Throughout his career, Josh has developed a reputation for stepping into complex environments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and building the processes, teams, and financial discipline necessary to support sustainable growth.
Unique to his background as an accounting and finance leader, Josh has also served as part of operations leadership, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges and decisions that drive the day-to-day business. That perspective has shaped his belief that accounting should extend well beyond reporting the numbers. A strong accounting function should provide leaders with accurate, timely, and actionable financial information while understanding the operational realities behind those numbers and serving as a strategic partner to the broader organization.
Josh’s leadership style centers on accountability, continuous improvement, developing people, and creating processes that allow teams to operate more efficiently and effectively. Throughout his career, he has consistently gravitated toward opportunities that require transformation, solving problems, bringing structure to complexity, strengthening teams, and improving areas of the business that need greater clarity and discipline. These experiences have shaped his hands-on leadership philosophy and his belief that lasting improvement comes from developing both strong processes and the people responsible for executing them.
A graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Josh was also a member of the university’s men’s soccer program. His background in competitive athletics continues to influence his leadership today, particularly his emphasis on preparation, accountability, teamwork, resilience, and continuous development.
Outside of City Wide, Josh remains actively involved in competitive soccer as a coach and online fitness and nutrition coach. He values time with his family and brings the same competitive, team-oriented mindset to his professional and personal pursuits, continually looking for opportunities to improve, develop others, and contribute to the success of those around him.
