
Originally from St. Louis, Jeanette has made Jacksonville, Florida her home for the past eight years. She bring more than 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including over a decade in executive leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has built and developed high-performing HR teams and led both small and large-scale operations, including multi-state teams spanning up to 40 states.
Jeanette’s leadership expertise includes organizational strategy, HR team development, and the streamlining of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and operational alignment. In addition to her HR background, she has successfully overseen Shared Services and IT functions, ensuring cohesive operations, optimized workflows, and strong cross-functional collaboration across key business areas.
Before returning fully to the HR profession, Jeanette owned and operated a small cleaning company after relocating to Jacksonville. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened her work ethic, reinforced my commitment to excellence, and continues to shape her leadership approach.
Jeanette holds both an associate and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Phoenix, providing a strong foundation in compliance, policy interpretation, and organizational governance.
