Evan Winans

Evan originally joined City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville in 2012. Starting as a Sales Executive, Evan quickly found success and was twice named Sales Executive of the Year. Evan was subsequently promoted to Sales Director, then to COO, and is now one of two Vice Presidents. In this role, he has played a key part in helping City Wide of Jacksonville achieve Platinum Market five times. Additionally, he has been recognized as a President’s Club winner 11 times. In 2023, Evan simultaneously earned a spot on the ownership team for our new office in Port St. Lucie.

His approach to leadership and sales is grounded in a consultative mindset—offering solutions that help clients with their maintenance needs so they can focus on other areas of their business. Evan’s recognition of the importance of his family and mentors in his journey is a testament to his humility and understanding that success isn’t achieved in isolation. He credits his wife, Tiffany, and daughter, Emalyn, for being a core part of his evolution, underscoring the support and balance they provide. Additionally, Evan’s gratitude toward mentors like Cary Fourman and Tom Stone speaks to the value he places on learning from others and being guided by those who have walked similar paths.

His achievements are a direct reflection of not just his hard work but the contributions of those around him—his family, his team, and his mentors–  working together to achieve a shared vision of success
