Nikki Freeman

Nikki joined City Wide of Illinois in January 2019. Nikki has 13 years of management experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, she served as a general manager, where she was directly responsible for over 100 staff members and a management team of 10. Nikki is constantly working to improve all aspects of her customer service in an effort to exceed her client’s expectations. She prides herself on her ability to provide clients with customized solutions to resolve issues that arise in or around their facility.
