Costa joined City Wide Maintenance in 2015 as Director of Operations. He has a long history in the customer service industry, operations, and sales. He strives to exceed his customers’ expectations every time. Costa thrives on leading a team of Facility Services Managers, helping them develop their skills and abilities, all while providing assistance in taking care of their customers’ building maintenance needs. Costa believes in developing business partnerships with customers, vendors, and coworkers, and he strives to convey that during his daily operations.
