Checklists and Guide to Help Reopen and Protect
Are you ready to reopen your business? That question might feel like a loaded one, because the answer may come with a lot of additional unanswered questions, such as “What does that even look like because of the COVID-19 pandemic?”
We have good news. We are here to help you whether you are preparing to reopen, you’ve already reopened, or you’ve remained open due to being an essential business. We have developed two tools to help people just like you consider proper precautions so in the event another outbreak hits, your facility is already being cared for and treated to the highest standard.
City Wide’s Building Activation Plan
This tool is designed for City Wide to help you design and execute a plan for employees and customers to return to building. We have included a checklist for clients to consider for the facility itself, in addition to a checklist of items to consider for the re-entry of employees.
We invite our clients to download the Building Activation Plan so you can start thinking about the best solutions for your facility. We’re prepared to activate a customized version of this plan for you whenever you’re ready. If you’re a current client, you can contact your Facility Services Manager (FSM). If you’re a non-client seeking assistance, please fill out the red form on the right side of our page with your information and a City Wide team member will reach out to you.

City Wide’s Return to Work Guide
During the outbreak of COVID-19, City Wide has been on the forefront as an essential business, supporting other essential businesses with commercial cleaning and disinfecting to maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, patients, and visitors. Not only were we able to provide additional value to existing clients, but we also partnered with new clients to provide support when others were unwilling or unable. For the benefit of all, we are adapting to new practices to include reinforced health and safety measures for all employees and social distancing configurations for office spaces. With this experience, we have created a Return to Work Success Guide to help us help you adapt to this “new normal.” Take a look and let us know if we can help you implement any of the options in your facility.
