Bill joined the Operations team in 2019. He is great at training independent contractors and on-boarding for new accounts. He has solid experience with the janitorial industry and is able able to show crews the ropes so they can start strong with every client. He came to City Wide Maintenance of Cleveland after 30 years of working for the Board of Education.
