John Ruebel

John has been a dedicated leader at City Wide since joining in December 2013. Over the years, he has advanced from Director of Operations to General Manager, Vice President, and now President. Passionate about leadership development, John finds great fulfillment in seeing team members grow and step into leadership roles within the organization. His commitment to excellence ensures City Wide not only delivers on its promises but goes above and beyond to create a true “Wow Experience” for every client.

A Cincinnati native, John earned his B.A. from Northern Kentucky University and pursued master’s coursework on an academic scholarship. With 20 years of experience in operations, sales, and sales management within the commercial design and interiors industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Outside of work, John enjoys playing baseball, coaching his son’s sports teams, and spending quality time with his family. He is actively involved in his church, volunteering with Immaculate Heart of Mary’s Arts and Environment Committee, and is passionate about youth sports training and development. John and his wife, Jessica, have been happily married since 2005 and love traveling with their son, Jag, as he competes in elite travel baseball.
