Raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and now residing in Lexington, Melissa brings a people-focused approach to her role at City Wide Facility Solutions. With experience as a police officer, manager, and sales executive, she connects naturally with colleagues, clients, and partners.
A University of Kentucky graduate with a BA in English and a minor in Psychology, she values City Wide’s family-like culture and the opportunity to help team members thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys volleyball, camping, trying new restaurants, reading, and adventures with her family. She also volunteers with the Lexington Humane Society and at Immanuel Baptist Church childcare. Melissa lives with her husband, Graham, their daughter Olivia, and two cats, Lucy and Oliver. She grew up Civil War reenacting with a fully functioning cannon, which sparked a lifelong love of history and camping, and hopes to one day become a wildlife rehabber.
