John Ruebel

John Ruebel is President of City Wide Facility Solutions and a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of experience in sales, operations, leadership development, and organizational growth. Since joining City Wide in 2013, John has served in several leadership roles, including Director of Operations, General Manager, Vice President, and President. His experience gives him a unique perspective on building high-performing teams, developing leaders, driving accountability, and creating an exceptional “Wow Experience” for clients.

A Cincinnati native, John earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University, where he also completed graduate-level coursework toward his master’s degree. Before beginning his business career, John played collegiate baseball at the University of Cincinnati, an experience that helped shape his competitive mindset and passion for team development.

That passion for coaching continues today. John is a baseball coach with the St. Xavier Bombers, the 2026 Ohio Division I State Champions. He brings many of the same principles from championship athletics into business leadership: preparation, discipline, accountability, teamwork, resilience, and a commitment to a common standard.

John is passionate about helping leaders and organizations build cultures where people can grow, perform at a high level, and win together. Outside of City Wide and coaching, he enjoys working out, attending sporting events, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Jessica, have been married for 20 years, and their son, Jag, plays college baseball. Jessica is the owner of a florist and design company in Anderson, Ohio.
