John Ruebel

John is the President of City Wide Facility Solutions and has been a leader with the organization since joining in 2013. Over the years, he has advanced through several roles, including Director of Operations, General Manager, and Vice President, bringing more than 25 years of sales and operations leadership experience. Known for his drive and commitment to excellence, John is passionate about developing leaders and delivering a true “Wow Experience” for City Wide clients.

A Cincinnati native, John calls Symmes Township home. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and completed a portion of his master’s degree coursework. John values City Wide’s people and business model, which he believes set the organization apart. Outside of work, he enjoys attending sporting events, working out, and spending time with his family. He especially enjoys watching his son, Jag, play college baseball and has been married to his wife, Jessica, for 20 years. Jessica is the proud owner of a florist and design company in Anderson, Ohio.
