New Role to Focus on Aligning People, Process, and Purpose Across City Wide

In this role, Ramirez will lead the development of a unified cultural vision, drive HR innovation, and continue enhancing the employee experience across the organization’s growing national footprint.

Ramirez joined City Wide nine years ago as Director of People & Culture and has consistently contributed to the company’s operational and cultural evolution. With previous experience in multi-unit retail, telecommunications, higher education, and franchise operations, he has helped shape high-performance teams and systems that align with organizational goals. Most recently, Ramirez played a key role in developing City Wide’s culture and talent strategies, building on his expertise as a Certified EOS Implementer and trusted strategic advisor.
