Nile Kaya Joins Leadership Team to Guide Legal Strategy and Franchise Growth

With more than 30 years of legal experience—including over two decades in corporate in-house legal roles— Ms. Kaya brings deep expertise in franchising, risk management, and business strategy to her new role.

Ms. Kaya is licensed to practice law in both the U.S. and Canada. Her extensive background includes 15 years as in-house counsel for Kumon North America, Inc., where she gained a deep understanding of the legal and operational aspects of franchising. She also served as General Counsel for Aucera (formerly DialAmerica Marketing) and as Chief Legal Officer for ELM Home and Building Solutions, a private equity-owned portfolio company.
In her first year at City Wide, Ms. Kaya’s goals include building strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring legal compliance, managing risks, and supporting the organization’s continued growth. Long-term, she aims to help City Wide expand its franchise network, grow its national accounts business, broaden its service offerings, and continue its expansion throughout Canada.
