Troy Wayman

Born and raised in Wichita, Troy Wayman has always had strong ties to his community. After graduating high school, where he met his wife, he began building his career and family in Derby. Together, they raised three sons and now enjoy time with their six grandchildren.As a City Wide franchisee, Troy is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture. His vision for City Wide Facility Solutions – Wichita is to create an environment where team members enjoy coming to work and are rewarded for hard work. He also focuses on helping independent contractors grow their businesses alongside City Wide. Troy is passionate about giving back to the community through causes like Shepherd’s Way, which promotes the gifts of individuals with intellectual disabilities.Troy is actively involved in several community and business organizations, including the Rotary Club of Wichita, Wichita Chamber of Commerce, Apartment Association of Greater Wichita, International Sanitary Supply Association, and Associated General Contractors of America. As a member of City Wide’s Franchise Advisory Council, Troy aspires to strengthen the relationship between franchisees and franchisors, improving the capabilities and impact of the entire organization.Prior to joining City Wide, Troy served as President of Pro Carwash Systems, Inc., President of Wayman Oil Distributors, Inc., and Chief Operations Officer of Wayman Brothers C-Stores. His experience in corporate America fueled his desire to make an impact as a business owner.
