Shay Waters

Shay joined the City Wide team with 20 years of customer service-focused experience, 13 years with Starbucks, 7 years as a store manager. She enjoys being around people, listening to them and helping them in whatever ways she can. Networking is also important to her, but having genuine connections is more important. Shay would love to travel to Italy and Greece, anywhere near the Mediterranean Sea! She is also looking forward to getting a boxer puppy; they are so playful and goofy, which matches her personality. We’re called to love God with all our hearts, minds, and souls; and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
