Rutila Cruz is a compassionate leader with a servant-style approach to leadership, driven by a passion for helping others. Originally from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, she moved to the U.S. in 1989 and later earned associate degrees in Social Work from Butler Community College and Business Administration from WSU Tech.As the owner of Cruz’s Cleaning and Five Star Painting, Rutila brings extensive experience in janitorial services and business administration to City Wide. In addition to her professional roles, she serves as a pastor, reflecting her dedication to service and community.Rutila is a mother of three, a grandmother to nine, and a proud pet owner.
