Michael Binz

Mike is the owner and President of City Wide Facility Solutions of Westchester (which also serves Rockland and the Bronx). Before pursuing his entrepreneurial passion, Mike spent over 20 years on Wall Street as a Managing Director & Global Head of Structured Finance for S&P Global, Inc. Mike is leveraging his deep experience in business unit leadership and relationship management to bring a new standard of professionalism and accountability to the commercial maintenance industry. He strongly believes in the City Wide business model and value proposition. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Hendrix College. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
