Garrett Rios

Garrett joined our City Wide Team as a Facility Solutions Manager in March 2021. Prior to joining City Wide, Garrett spent 7 years in residential property management. While working in property management his primary responsibility was centered around exceeding his tenants’ expectations. He was responsible for all solutions ranging from building maintenance to sales/marketing to vendor relationships.  Garrett brought his same client-comes-first attitude to City Wide allowing him to foster professional relationships and deliver valuable solutions. Garrett has made a positive impact on our team, our clients, and our vendors.
