David Johnson

David serves as a Facility Solutions Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions of Washington, bringing more than 25 years of expertise in facilities management and construction. He began his career in the field as a laborer and advanced into senior leadership roles, including Superintendent and Project Manager, where he successfully directed multimillion-dollar housing projects. David also has extensive experience in property management, overseeing capital improvements, renovations, and vendor partnerships across diverse portfolios.

Recognized for his customer-focused approach and ability to navigate complex challenges, David has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, golfing, and spending quality time with his family.
