Mike Richmond

Mike brings a diverse background in both operations and sales to City Wide. He spent many years building his career in operations, eventually advancing to Director of Operations, where he played a key role in opening and establishing operations across multiple states. Mike later transitioned into sales, where he developed a passion for building relationships, understanding client needs, and creating solutions that deliver results. His combination of operational leadership and sales experience gives him a unique perspective that he’s excited to bring to his role at City Wide. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his two children, ages 6 and 4, and getting outdoors for a hike whenever he has the opportunity.
