“This work is about bringing value.” Howard came to City Wide from Precision Growth Strategies, a company he founded several years ago to help businesses of all sizes develop, grow, and systematize revenue acquisition. He made the decision based on his belief that City Wide would allow him to have a positive impact on the organizations, people, and the St. Louis community at large. It also fits well with his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to support others both personally and professionally. As a serial problem solver, idea guy, and team builder, Howard loves to bring people of different backgrounds, skills, and disciplines together to get things done. “I am most proud of the people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, learning from, and influencing toward greatness,” he says. Howard’s past experience includes: – Chief Business Development Officer for Mobility Design- Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Spinal Simplicity- Vice President of Business develop for Machine Laboratory- Interim CEO of Serotta Custom Bicycles- Partner and Vice President of Private Investment with Bradway Financial- Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Zimmer-Biomet Howard’s personal mantra is to “Do Good while Doing Good.” It was something he learned early on in his healthcare career and believes it fits well with his work at City Wide, where he says the objective is to deliver value through service and knowledge. “The idea that you can help others while supporting your family is really enriching,” Howard says. “That’s what we’re doing here, helping others achieve their personal and professional best.” In his free time, Howard loves to spend time with his two college-aged children and wife, whom he met while building sandbag walls along the Mississippi during the 100-year floods of 1993. He’s also a passionate bicycle rider and has traveled the country to ride his road bike and mountain bike in some incredible (and often difficult) places.
