Leslie Bychinski is a Facility Solutions Manager with City Wide Facility Solutions. One of the things that immediately resonated with her was City Wide’s philosophy that “we represent the client.” She takes that to heart, viewing herself as an extension of her clients’ management teams—someone who takes the time to understand their facilities, save them time, solve problems, and make their day a little easier.
Leslie brings a unique combination of technical, operational, and people-focused experience to her role. She earned her Master of Science in Geosciences from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and began her career as a geologist with AECOM, managing environmental projects and site investigations. This experience strengthened her ability to navigate complex challenges, anticipate obstacles, communicate effectively, and find solutions that save time and resources.
She later joined Penske, gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, operations, finance, compliance, and employee development. Working in a fast-paced environment gave her a deeper appreciation for everything it takes to keep a business running smoothly—and how quickly one unresolved issue can affect everything else. It also reinforced her passion for working with people and making things better.
As a certified Life Coach, Leslie brings active listening, thoughtful questions, and a genuine interest in understanding people to every client relationship. Building trust comes naturally to her, and she wants her clients to feel heard, valued, informed, and comfortable bringing her any question or concern—big or small.
An optimist at heart, Leslie believes in acknowledging challenges, addressing them directly, and focusing on what can be done next. She genuinely wants to see the people around her succeed and tries to spread a little magic wherever she goes. For her clients, that means having someone in their corner who truly cares, is easy to talk to, follows through, and hopefully brings a smile—or even a laugh—along the way. After all, solving problems doesn’t have to be miserable!
Outside of work, Leslie loves spending time outdoors, learning about plants and gardening, and exploring her creative side through crafting and making things. She’s always willing to try something new and enjoys being involved in her community, meeting people, and finding ways to contribute. Whether she’s tackling a new project, trying a new hobby, or getting her hands dirty in the garden, she’s happiest when she’s learning, creating, and connecting with others.
