Iris has a meticulous eye for detail and ensures that nothing in your building will get missed.  Iris has over 25 years of experience inspecting buildings and guiding team cleaning processes with contractors to ensure your building receives the attention it deserves. Her proactive nature is the key to our Service Excellence delivered with regular consistency. It is exactly this kind of consistency that our customers expect and deserve. Iris is passionate about the quality of her work, honors her commitments, and goes the extra mile to add value to every building/ project she takes on. Communication is the key to her success and she loves to share her positivity and passion for cleaning with others.  Iris was born in Spain before moving to Mexico and eventually to Milwaukee at the age of eleven. She enjoys spending time at home with Kevin, her partner of over 25 years, and their 6 dogs. She loves cooking, watching movies and documentaries, and working in her yard on Saturday mornings.
