Alec Kirkpatrick

Alec brings a competitive edge, strong relationship-building skills, and a consistent record of top performance to his role. With a background in both software and in-home sales, he has built his career on delivering results and creating lasting client partnerships. As an Account Manager for a software company, Alec spent three years as a top performer, earning recognition for his ability to understand client needs, drive growth, and provide strategic solutions. He carried that same drive into the roofing industry, where he again excelled as a top producer through his work ethic, resilience, and customer-first approach.

Alec’s leadership style is heavily influenced by his experience as a collegiate athlete. He played lacrosse at Howard Community College and Colorado Mesa University, where he developed a deep appreciation for discipline, accountability, and teamwork. Today, he channels those qualities as the head coach of the Oconomowoc High School lacrosse team, where he is committed to developing not only skilled players, but confident, driven young leaders.

Outside of his professional life, Alec enjoys staying active through fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with his family. He is also a passionate supporter of the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Bucks, rarely missing an opportunity to cheer them on.
