Leah Baade

Leah was promoted in 2023 to Director of Operations.  Her lovely personality helped her become a top performer, her attention to detail and structure will help her excel in her role.  Leah joined City Wide in 2021 as a Facility Solutions Manager with extensive experience in facilities management, quality control, and vendor management.  She has a dynamic personality and brings that energy into her clients’ facilities every day while bringing them valuable solutions tailored to meet their unique needs.  Leah is SQF certified and therefore a valuable resource to help her clients meet regulatory SQF compliance standards and ensure all food safety and quality assurance regulations are met. She is highly focused on client satisfaction and continuous improvement efforts.  On a personal note, she is extremely proud of her loving husband and their 3 children. They are an outdoorsy family, who on any given weekend, can be found heading to Northern WI to trail ride with their UTVs, fish, kayak, snowmobile, hunt, or just sit around a fire for good quality family laughs. Leah’s passion at home is in the kitchen where she enjoys cooking for her family and friends.
