Scott Brown

Scott Brown is a multi-unit franchisee with City Wide Facility Solutions and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth since becoming its first franchisee in 2001. He opened City Wide’s inaugural franchise in Colorado and became the company’s first—and still largest—multi-unit owner, currently operating five markets across Colorado, Washington, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas-Fort Worth.

Over the past two decades, Scott has played a key role in shaping City Wide’s franchising model, which now includes over 100 franchisees. He has served on the Franchise Advisory Council, the National Business Development Council, and was a founding member of the City Wide Strategic Partners Association, where he led the National Business Development Group and served on the Board of Directors.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri. He began his career in the cable TV industry at Telecommunications, Inc., where he specialized in integrating acquisitions and improving service delivery. He later became a founding executive at Primestar satellite TV, which merged with DirecTV. At DirecTV, he led a 25,000-person service network, helping the company earn multiple J.D. Power awards for top-tier customer service. Following that, Scott served as Group COO and Jamaica Market CEO at Digicel, overseeing fiber-to-the-home network expansion across the Caribbean.
