Myles Siegel joined City Wide Facility Solutions of San Antonio in November 2025 as a Facility Solutions Manager. A quick learner and results-driven operations leader with over a decade of experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, restructuring teams, and driving profitability, Myles brings a powerful mix of strategic insight and roll-up-your-sleeves execution to every account he touches. Most recently he took over a large commercial service department in full transition, rebuilt processes from the ground up, introduced new technology and pricing structures, and negotiated vendor contracts that boosted margins without ever compromising quality. Before that, he directed commercial fleet operations, oversaw daily operations for high-traffic recreation facilities, and managed healthcare and outdoor education centers — giving him a rare, 360-degree understanding of the diverse challenges our clients face every day. His proven expertise in process improvement, vendor accountability, team development, and customer experience guarantees the proactive, white-glove account management you expect from City Wide. In his spare time, Myles enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and their four amazing kids, and the whole family loves volunteering together in the San Antonio community.
