    Invoices Submit monthly contract & extra work invoices by the 25th of each month to be paid on the 10th of the next month. If we’ve made a pay mistake, please provide examples immediately so we can research and fix. Quick payment & cash flow
    Insurance Keep your Liability, Business License, and Workman’s Compensation (or Waiver) current. stay qualified for more business
    *Scope of Work You and your team must follow the scope of work (daily or weekly schedule, chemicals & equipment required) you agreed to in your janitorial Exhibit A. retain building & get paid timely
    *Use Cube Cart Only use CubeCart to order janitorial supplies (we order or ask the customer to order). Don’t run out! Notify us of missing items within 1 week of your order, or we will fine you $25. avoid a chargeback
    *City Wide Clothes Wear City Wide clothing on the job (T-shirt, Polo, Vest) so customers know who you are at all times. avoid complaints
    Report Issues & Missed Days Report all missed days, scheduling & staffing changes before they get reported to us by the customer, for our approval.  Failure to inform us beforehand can result in you losing the account. avoid complaints
    Earn Bonuses Earn when you refer janitorial or one-time work you can’t handle yourself. If we get the job, you’ll get a bonus and be the 1st  we ask to do the work.
     – $75 for one-time work that takes more than 20 manhours, $150 for work greater than 40 hours.
     – $75 for janitorial work for 2 or more days per week, $150 for 5+ days per week.

    Communication We expect you to communicate or be on site with your crew at all times. Your scope of work is what your crew should work with, and you are responsible for their training,  supervision, and adherence to the scope. avoid complaints
    Estimates –  Pictures When you send an estimate you must include at least one picture of the damaged area. All estimates to be sent to [email protected]. sell the job
    Invoices – Pictures When you send an invoice you must include a before and after picture of the repaired area. All invoices must be sent to [email protected] get paid
    Pay Attention to the details We have a score card for crew evaluation which we will be introducing shortly. be a winner
