Doug Caldwell

Doug Caldwell was born and raised in Richmond, VA. He has two wonderful children, Megan and Zackary, and a granddaughter, Everly. Doug joined the City Wide team in April of 2016 after leaving a long-time career in the facility management environment. He made the decision to leave when City Wide offered him an opportunity that would allow him to spend more time with his Fiancée and family. Doug also served in the United States Navy, those skills have translated into the City Wide culture where he is now leading a growing and developing team.  When starting at City Wide as an FSM, he quickly grew the trust of his clients by taking accountability and leading by example to the contractors he partnered with. He has achieved many City Wide awards during his time and is excited to continue the growth of our territory, retention, and team members. He is truly dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations and helping them find solutions to the everyday challenges of maintaining their facility.
