Morgan Nebera
Vice President of Operations
Morgan is from Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work. Morgan joined City Wide of Richmond in June 2015. She started on our team as a Facility Service Manager where she grew our retention and nonjanitorial sales. Through COVID, Morgan moved to a more internal managerial role where she helped develop and implement proper processes and procedures. Her love for helping others and solving problems has allowed City Wide to create an internal operations team. Morgan still has a passion for our clients and enjoys working and collaborating with FSMs and sales to create new processes that help benefit our clients’ needs.
