Jonathan was born and raised in the Portland Metro-area.He and his wife have two sons. Jon has worked in the customer service industry since his first job in his teen years as a grocery store courtesy clerk.He’s been working in the insurance industry for the last decade and loves working at City Wide due to the flexibility it grants him with both his family time and the creative approaches it allows for him to better service his clients. The Oscars are the Bicker’s Super Bowl. Jon and his wife can often be found streaming the latest and greatest of film and TV.
