Jonathan Hubbard is the Owner and President of City Wide Facility Solutions – Orange County North. As an entrepreneur and business operator, Jonathan brings a strong background in leadership, operations, and relationship-driven service to every client partnership.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has built a reputation for managing people, systems, and resources with a focus on accountability, communication, and results. His experience working closely with business owners and operators has shaped his approach to leadership—prioritizing strong systems, clear expectations, and a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Jonathan is passionate about helping businesses operate more efficiently by simplifying facility management. Through City Wide’s single point-of-contact model, he and his team work closely with clients to ensure their facilities are maintained to the highest standards while eliminating the complexity of managing multiple vendors.

As a hands-on owner, Jonathan takes great pride in building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and service providers. His goal is to create a trusted local business that consistently delivers reliability, responsiveness, and outstanding customer experience for organizations across Orange County.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kirsten, and their two daughters, Capri and Preslee, and staying actively involved in the local community.
