Steve Carroll, President and Owner
Steve has enjoyed more than 20+ years in sales and management in a number of industries. Throughout the years and in all of his positions, he’s learned if you treat people right, stay honest, and genuinely care about people and their problems, you will foster long-standing business and personal relationships.
When Steve decided to open a City Wide franchise in 2015, he was thrilled at the opportunity to provide a great work environment. He believes that a great work environment is one, in which team members are valued, respected, and rewarded for their hard work, loyalty, and dedication. One of his favorite quotes is: “The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual.” – Vince Lombardi
On a personal note, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Marla, and keeping up with his teenage twins (Maddie and Cole). He also enjoys time outdoors: hunting, attending sporting events, and playing golf.
Leah Monigold, Director of Operations
Leah joined City Wide in June 2020. She graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with Computer Information Systems. Leah was a competitive athlete during high school, where she ran track and was a cheerleader. In college, she played soccer. Prior to joining City Wide, Leah had 20 years of experience leading teams successfully in customer service, sales, account growth and development, as well as operations for a Forbes top-ranked privately-held company. This led Leah to win multiple awards for her efforts. Leah is married and has three children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing and watching sports – especially hiking, biking. She loves spending time with her family.
Lisa Puckett, Senior Sales Executive
Lisa joined City Wide Maintenance in Kansas City in 2014 as a Senior Sales Executive. She has been the recipient of “Sales Executive of the Year” several times in a row. She relocated to City Wide Facility Solutions in 2019. Lisa has been in sales and management her entire professional career. She attended Emporia State University, where she majored in Business Management and Marketing. Lisa is married with two children. Her son loves to play baseball, while her daughter is finishing her master’s degree and engaged to a police officer. In her free time, Lisa loves hanging out with her family and getting to know her way around Oklahoma. She likes traveling, decorating, baking, and is a closet reality-tv buff!
Brock Zimmerman, Sales Executive
Brock has been with City Wide Facility Solutions since its inception and brings nearly 20 years of sales and management experience with him. Brock has won “Facility Solutions Manager of the Year” twice and has won “Facility Solutions Manager of the Quarter” 11 times. His guiding values of helpfulness, loyalty, and teamwork have allowed him to diagnose and deliver creative problem-solving solutions for clients and coworkers. Brock is excited to provide complete building solutions to the Oklahoma City area. Brock received his Bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He has two sons, Heston and Ashten. When not working, Brock enjoys being active in his church, CrossFit, and working out.
Dennis Moore, Sales Executive
Dennis joined City Wide Facility Solutions in July 2021. Dennis brings 30+ years of field and route sales experience in a variety of industries. Dennis is an Oklahoma native, living in Oklahoma City for more than 20 years, but is originally from Woodward Ok. He holds a technical degree in Marketing from High Plains Vocational located in northwest Oklahoma. Dennis and his wife have four children, (three girls and one son) and five dogs. In his spare time, Dennis enjoys cooking and playing golf.
Terri Scott, PHR, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Manager/IC Recruiter
Terri re-joined City Wide Facility Solutions in May 2021. She was previously the Human Resources Manager from 2018-2019. Terri brings years of service experience in legal compliance, benefits administration, employee relations and culture crafting to the City Wide Facility Solutions team. Terri earned her Bachelor’s degree at Jacksonville University and holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management. Terri has lived all over the word, but calls Oklahoma home, since graduating from Mustang High School many years ago. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her two French Bulldogs, Cash and Banks.
Cesar Rodriguez, Facility Solutions Manager
Cesar joined City Wide Facility Solutions in 2019. As an Oklahoma native, Cesar is a prominent point of contact for his clients and is readily available to assist with any interior and exterior facility needs. Being bi-lingual in Spanish, Cesar’s outstanding communication skills help foster remarkable relationships between independent contractors and the City Wide team. Prior to joining City Wide, Cesar excelled in driving B2B sales in the oil and gas, environmental, utility, and medical industries. In his high school days, Cesar played baseball at Southmoore before being recruited on a baseball scholarship where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Molecular Biology at Roger’s State University. When Cesar is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
Stephen Hendrickson, Facility Solutions Manager
Stephen joined City Wide as a Facility Solutions Manager at the end of 2020. He brings with him an extensive background in management and customer service. Stephen is a native of Oklahoma and received his education from Oklahoma State University. He has been married for 5 years and has 2 wonderful kids: a boy and a girl. Stephen’s family are pet lovers and have 2 cats and 2 dogs. For fun, Stephen enjoys playing golf and watching the Oklahoma Thunder basketball team. He is also quite knowledgeable on Movie Trivia. Something unique about Stephen is that his wife says he is the Master of Useless information!
Justin (JD) Dalton, Facility Solutions Manager
JD joined City Wide in 2020 as a Facility Solutions Manager. He has been in management positions, focusing on customer relations and sales his entire career, and comes directly to us from the largest rental car chain where he was a Sales Manager. JD was born and raised in Oklahoma City.
He received his Bachelor’s degree from UCO where his focus was in Occupational behavior, accounting, and business management. JD has been married since Feb 2020. He recently settled into a new home in the countryside. Something exciting about JD is that he is fluent in Sign Language. Another fun fact is that he and his family have a cattle ranch that they have owned and operated for over 100 years!
Kyle Noon, Facility Solutions Manager
Kyle joined City Wide in July 2020. Kyle is originally from a northwest suburb of Chicago, but relocated to Oklahoma after high school where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. Prior to joining City Wide, Kyle spent two years in a Facilities Coordinator role for the world’s largest privately-held rental company. When Kyle is not working, he enjoys watching hockey, playing golf, and hunting.
Kelli Sandburg, Controller
Kelli has been with City Wide Facility Solutions since 2018. She’s responsible for all accounting functions. Kelli grew up in Kansas, where her father was a state trooper. She married her high-school sweetheart over 37 years ago. She took a bookkeeping class in high school and found her true calling! Kelli is helpful and unselfish, all while finding joy in supporting our team. During her free time, she enjoys cooking and gardening. One of her bucket list items includes seeing a game in every NFL stadium.
Stephanie Brant-Wiley, Accountant
Stephanie joined City Wide Facility Solutions in June 2021. Stephanie brings her vast accounting knowledge to our team. In fact, she was promoted from an Accounting Intern to an Accounting Supervisor in just 4 years with a previous employer. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma, one in general science (2005) and in Accounting (2017). Stephanie is married with one stepson. She is a dog lover with two Labrador retrievers: Tungsten and Guard. Stephanie enjoys reading, baking, traveling, painting, motorcycle racing, and spending time with friends and family.
Robert Houston, Senior Contract Compliance Manager
Robert has been with Cide Wide since August 2017 and has over 40 years of experience in the janitorial industry. As a Senior Contract Compliance Manager, Robert has received several annual team Operations awards and plays a big role in the development of new Contract Compliance Managers. His impeccable organization and leadership skills allow him to be a great asset as a manager and trainer. Robert takes great pleasure in building relationships with his coworkers. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.
