He also focuses on helping independent contractors grow their businesses alongside City Wide. Troy is passionate about giving back to the community through local causes. Troy is actively involved in several community and business organizations, including the International Sanitary Supply Association and Associated General Contractors of America. As a member of City Wide’s Franchise Advisory Council, Troy aspires to strengthen the relationship between franchisees and franchisors, improving the capabilities and impact of the entire organization.Prior to joining City Wide, Troy served as President of Pro Carwash Systems, Inc., President of Wayman Oil Distributors, Inc., and Chief Operations Officer of Wayman Brothers C-Stores. His experience in corporate America fueled his desire to make an impact as a business owner.
