Luke Barrett, MS is an Owner and Managing Partner of City Wide Facility Solutions – Northwest Arkansas, where he serves as the local equity partner responsible for strategic growth, B2B sales performance, operational execution, and financial oversight of the franchise territory. With a career spanning executive leadership, sales management, and franchise ownership, Luke has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Prior to ownership, he served as Director of Sales for City Wide Facility Solutions in Oklahoma City and held senior sales and leadership roles with multiple fortune 500 companies, where he consistently ranked among top performers companywide. He brings a disciplined, people-first leadership style shaped by his background in education, athletics, and coaching, and holds a master’s degree along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Physical Education. Luke lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife, Amanda, and their two children, Angelina June and Layla Marie.
