Gay Reginelli

Gay has over thirty-six years of leadership experience with multiple companies, including General Electric, SCI Systems, M&M Mars, Chahta Enterprise, and most recently, FedEx Express, where he spent twenty-six productive years. His recent assignments at FedEx were as Managing Director of Sort and Facilities Maintenance and Managing Director of Operations Research and Business Transformation. He has served in capacities including engineering, analytics, operations research, operations, and quality control. Gay has completed a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University. He and his wife, Lisa, have two daughters and three granddaughters. In his spare time, he plays guitar, composes original music, and enjoys cycling.
