Doug Gardner
Doug Gardner is the Owner and President of City Wide Facility Solutions – Louisville, bringing more than 14 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the local facility management industry. Born and raised in the heart of bourbon country in Central Kentucky, Doug earned his undergraduate degree from Bellarmine University and his MBA from the University of Louisville.
Before founding City Wide of Louisville, Doug built a successful career in trust banking, annuity wholesaling, and pharmaceutical/medical sales, developing a strong foundation in sales, business development, and relationship building.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping businesses succeed, Doug brought City Wide to Louisville with a vision to simplify facility management for commercial properties. Today, under his leadership, City Wide manages more than 20 facility services, providing local businesses with time-saving solutions and one trusted point of contact.
Doug remains dedicated to building lasting relationships, supporting the Louisville business community, and delivering solutions that allow business owners to focus on what matters most.
