Sonya Pratt

Sonya Pratt joined City Wide in June of 2023 as a Business Development Specialist with 25 years of expertise in the customer service and business management field. She also has a high degree of knowledge in recruiting and human resources. Her role is to build relationships with clients and establish accounts on behalf of the sales executive team.  Sonya brings a great personality to build rapport and resolve customers’ needs by providing excellent customer service with professionalism that will make customers very satisfied.  Her moto is to bloom where you’re planted and be kinder than you feel.
