Justin Spears
VP of Operations
Justin Spears brings eight years of experience in the facility services industry and has advanced from Facility Solutions Manager to Vice President of Operations since joining City Wide in 2018. He was named Facility Solutions Manager of the Year in 2021, earning the highest client retention and account manager sales in the company that same year. Justin is dedicated to City Wide’s mission of creating environments that elevate people and approaches every client partnership with that goal in mind. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering on local youth boards, supporting The Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and cheering on Indiana University sports.
