Jake brings extensive executive management experience and recent expertise in facility services, with a proven record of building and leading high-performing teams. His career highlights include receiving multiple top executive leader performance awards, overseeing large-scale loan portfolios, and leading cross-functional operations to strengthen business controls and drive growth. Outside of work, Jake prioritizes time with his wife and son and enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, hunting, and sports. He also holds an AAS from Vincennes University, a Commercial Pilot’s License, and continued Aviation Flight Training at Purdue University.
