Costa Demou

Costa Demou is a servant leader and growth strategist who believes strong businesses are built by elevating people. As Regional Chief Operating Officer and Partner at City Wide Facility Solutions of Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, he helps lead a mission-driven organization focused on creating environments where employees, contractors, and clients all thrive. Since joining City Wide in 2015, Costa has guided the company’s expansion into new markets, strengthened operational performance, and developed high-performing teams centered on accountability and culture. Before City Wide, he spent more than seven years with Enterprise Holdings, managing one of the largest and most profitable branches in Indiana. A proud Purdue University graduate, Costa has also completed executive programs at the Wharton School in Chief Revenue Officer Leadership, Persuasive Communication, and Strategic Innovation. Outside of work, he serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Indiana, a cause close to his heart, and enjoys cooking Greek recipes, exploring nature, and traveling to experience new cultures and cuisines.
