Misty is a lifelong Des Moines who brings more than a decade of leadership experience in operations, customer service, and team development. Throughout her career she has spent her time creating positive experiences for customers, focused on developing strong teams, improved operational processes and finding solutions that help organizations thrive. Outside of work, Misty is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys staying active. She also loves spending time with grandchildren and kids, serving her community, traveling, and cheering on local sport.
